Cold Snap Slowdown

We experienced quite a cold snap on Wednesday and Thursday that consisted of high winds, low temperatures and even a bit of snow at altitude. My Dad and his friend Stu had come into town for a western fishing adventure and we finally were able to get out on Friday and make an attempt at some fish. It turned out to be a slow day fishing but we did try a few different waters at different altitudes and got a taste of the snow up high in the mountains at the end of the day. Dad has a bit of an equipment failure that will be taking a trip to Bainbridge Island for repair. Coming out of the mountains we did see a very nice bull moose which always gets the heart pumping a little faster.
